In the Geoniks 3D editor, from a ready-made wood house template, or by uploading a paper sketch / 2D plan that our team turns into 3D. Many first check a price range with the Cost Calculator and their land with the Plot Analyzer.

They choose their country and preferred wood type and add notes (budget, timeline, special wishes). The design, area and a 3D snapshot are attached automatically.
Geoniks matches the request to you
Requests are routed to approved manufacturers whose delivery countries and wood types match. The Geoniks team also follows up personally on every request.
You get an email + a dashboard request
Open the full 3D design, review the details, and send your price, currency, estimated delivery weeks and a message.
The buyer accepts — you get their contact
Buyer contact details are shared only with the manufacturer whose quote they accept. From there you contract and get paid directly — Geoniks is not in the middle of the payment.

How do buyers find my company on Geoniks?
Buyers do not have to search for you: when they request a quote from their 3D design, Geoniks routes the request to approved manufacturers that deliver to their country and work with their wood type. Your company name, logo and delivery time appear next to your quote.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta — no sign-up fee, no subscription, no commission on quotes or sales. If paid plans are introduced later, they will be announced in advance and joining will stay optional.
What information do I get in a quote request?
A link to the full 3D design, floor area, number of floors and rooms, roof type, exterior material, preferred wood type, country, the buyer’s notes and a 3D snapshot — plus plot data (plot area, allowed footprint and floor area) when the buyer used the Plot Analyzer.
Which countries and types of houses are covered?
Any country. You choose the countries you deliver to and the wood types you work with. Geoniks focuses on timber construction: prefab and panel houses, log houses, timber frame and post & beam, CLT, tiny houses, cabins, bungalows and garden houses.
Do buyers see my price and do I see their contact details?
The buyer sees your price, delivery time, message and company profile. Their contact details (name, email, phone) are shared with you once they accept your quote.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. You only quote on the requests you want. There is no obligation to answer every request.
How many requests will I receive?
It depends on the countries and wood types you cover and on demand in your market. Geoniks is a growing platform in public beta, so volumes are still building — listing early costs nothing and puts you first in line for requests from your region.
How do I get approved?
Create a free account, fill in your company profile (company name, country, delivery countries, wood types, typical delivery time, website) and submit it. The Geoniks team reviews and approves manufacturer profiles, usually within a few working days.
Can I put the Geoniks 3D configurator on my own website?
Yes — Geoniks also licenses its 3D house configurator as a white-label solution for manufacturers who want buyers to design and request quotes directly on their own site. See the License page for details.
