How do I get a price for my house file?
Open the file in Geoniks or send it to us, choose your country, and ask for quotes. Wooden house manufacturers that build in your country send you their own price. It is free and without obligation.
Can I change the house after opening it?
Yes. Plans from AutoCAD, IFC and 3D models become Geoniks walls, doors and windows that you can move, resize and change — or start drawing your own house from scratch.
How do I open a Revit file?
In Revit choose File › Export › IFC and open the IFC file in Geoniks. If that is not possible, send the .rvt file and our team builds the house in 3D.
Is my file shared with anyone?
No. Your file stays in your Geoniks account. It is passed to manufacturers only if you ask for quotes and agree to it.
Which buildings do you work with?
Geoniks works with wooden houses only — log, timber frame and CLT homes, cabins and villas. We can’t help with concrete, steel, apartment or office buildings.
