A 2D floor plan next to the same house as a 3D wooden house in Geoniks

How it works

1. Draw it or send your plans
Draw the house yourself in the 3D editor, or upload your architect’s plans (one image per floor) with the area and your country.
2. We build it as a 3D wooden house
Every floor with real dimensions — walls, openings, stairs, roof — as a log, timber frame or post & beam house you can walk through and change.
3. Planning price and drawings
A price estimate for your country and a drawing set (plans and elevations as PDF) to share with your family, bank or architect.
4. Quotes from manufacturers
With your consent we pass the design and your contact details to log and timber house manufacturers that deliver to your country. You sign directly with the one you choose.
