Nordic L-House

L-shaped wooden family house plan with garage — 185 m², 3 bedrooms

Nordic L-House is a single-storey family home in an L shape: the garage, laundry and entry form one wing, and the bedrooms and a large open kitchen and living room form the other. The L shape shelters a private garden or terrace in the corner.

The plan started as a hand-drawn floor plan a family in Iceland sent us. We built it in 3D, and it is now available — anonymised — as a ready-made model anyone can open and change.
