Yes. Upload a photo of a hand sketch or an architect’s floor plan with your country and contact details. The team builds it as an editable 3D wooden house, shows it next to your drawing and sends you the price.

Yes. AutoCAD DWG and DXF plans open with their walls, doors and windows; SketchUp opens as it looks in SketchUp; IFC, Rhino, FBX, 3DS, OBJ, DAE, glTF, STL, 3MF, PLY, VRML and USD open as walls with thickness and height. Revit and ArchiCAD files (or export IFC from them), PDF plans and photos are sent to the team, who build the house in 3D for you.

The Plot Analyzer checks your land: draw the plot on a map or enter its size, and it shows the coverage ratio, floor area ratio, setbacks, the maximum footprint and number of floors, whether timber construction is allowed, and a ready-made house that fits.

Yes. Press Walk in the editor (or open a ready house in walk mode) and move through the rooms in first person — W A S D or the arrow keys on a computer, the on-screen joystick on a phone. You can pass through walls; press G to stop at walls instead.

Yes. One click makes a drawing set: dimensioned floor plans per level, four elevations, sections and a roof plan as a vector PDF, the same plans as a layered DXF for AutoCAD, and a material list in Excel (timber pieces, boards, doors and windows, cost).

Anyone who has used SketchUp or AutoCAD feels at home: L line / wall, R rectangle, P push/pull, M move, Q rotate, S scale, F offset, T tape measure, B paint, typed lengths like 5.2 or @3,0 and a command line. Beginners can start from a ready-made house and change it.

Yes. Connect your AI assistant to Geoniks and describe the house — "an 8 × 10 m three-bedroom cabin with a gable roof" — or attach a floor plan. The assistant draws it in Geoniks, gives you the 3D link, the drawing set and a price, and can ask manufacturers for quotes.
